Hello, I’m Damir, welcome to Split Building Estimating
My family is from Croatia and Split Building is named after my home town called Split.
Split is renowned for its beautifully built homes and buildings that have lasted centuries. It’s with this feeling that I created Split Building and to bring that feeling to Australia, where my heart and family are.
Because of my dedication to building quality homes, I want other builders to succeed.
My background is in insurance assessing, project managing for large builders and projects and I enjoy estimating, have a lot of experience in it and know that not all builders are good at it, have the time for chasing quotes, or even enjoy it.
I want to assist those who want another builder’s quote, it’s a small sum to pay even for peace of mind for a builder to check your own quote. It’s a small investment for your client to have another builder price the home and shows transparency.

Project Homes, traditional builder’s homes, Passive Homes to high spec architectural homes. On slopes, split storey homes, bushfire zones up to BAL FZ bushfire flamezones, railway corridor. As well as commercial builds.
